3	lb	Paprika
1	lb	Garlic salt
1 1/2	lb	Sugar
1	c	Ground comino (cumin)
1	c	Ground oregano
1/2	c	Cayenne pepper
2	ts	Black pepper
1/2	lb	Salt
1	c	Ground instant coffee

Combine and store to season your own chili. When ready to use, add to taste to chunks of your own cooked chili meat, tomato sauce, and beans.
